1. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment (via PayPal or EFT), you will receive access to download the Guide as a digital PDF. If you do not receive the file within 24 hours, please check your spam/promotions folder or contact us at zanelle@designtherapyhome.com].

2. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollar and must be paid in full before access to the product is granted.

3. EFT Payment Terms

If you choose to pay via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer):

The e-guide will be delivered only after proof of payment is received and verified.
Please email your proof of payment to zanelle@designtherapyhome.com].
Manual confirmation can take up to 24–48 business hours.
No refunds will be provided once payment is received and the product has been delivered.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No exceptions will be made.
